Good morning. I have been trying to update the expiration date on my credit card to renew my subscription. I continue to receive a denied message. I contacted F5 Sports prior to Christmas. I received an email response saying they would look at the problem. I have not heard back since before Christmas. I know everyone is out on holiday. Is there anything I can do to get this issue resolved?

I am having thr same problem for the second time. I need to change my expiration date and it won't let me.
