Apparently ABC can't give it a rest if they're insinuating it's Trump's fault. But you'd think with all that reporting zeal, they'd mention that nearly all those blackouts are in blue states or states with Dem governors, Tennessee being the sole exception. Everyone should take a peek at that Power Outage link, because ABC apparently didn't.
