I only worked in Mortgage Backed Securities in the second largest investment bank on Earth, but ARMs are really hard. Thankfully the guy who got his ass handed to him by an ARM was here to help me out.
It's definitely true that I don't understand why anyone would pay this bloviating tool for his consulting services… seems like the exact waste they should be cutting.
Help me understand what getting their ass handed to him means. I am making over 30% ROI with the ARM. When you were working in securities if you only made 30% for your clients would you consider that they got their asses handed to them?

You have posted more than one time about "good" companies or "bad" companies. With an attached article. You know you have done it. You know it is condescending about the brand I have built my company where you focus on customer. With the intent of gaining market share. Mainly in reference to tariffs and not automatically passing on additional costs.
