Economists from the San Francisco and Dallas Federal Reserve Banks analyzed data from 2021 to 2024, finding that unauthorized immigrant workers drove about 30% of home price increases and 20% of rent hikes in average U.S. metro areas. A 1% rise in these workers relative to local employment correlated with 2.2% higher home prices and 1.4% higher rents, amid a housing supply shortage and a peak influx of roughly 7 million net entrants by early 2024. The preliminary paper notes these effects came from sudden demand surges, while also boosting employment without cutting average wages; conservative voices now cite it to back Trump's deportation push and housing aid restrictions.

Our current Republican president is an adjudicated rapist.

He even was caught on tape prior to his first election admitting he does it:

"I'm automatically attracted to beautiful women I just start kissing them, it's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything," Trump said on the recording. "Grab 'em by the *****."

"I'll tell you the funniest is that I'll go backstage before a show and everyone's getting dressed," Trump told Stern.

"No men are anywhere, and I'm allowed to go in, because I'm the owner of the pageant and therefore I'm inspecting it. … 'Is everyone OK?' You know, they're standing there with no clothes. 'Is everybody OK?' And you see these incredible-looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that."

Genuine question because no one has ever been able to show it to me, can you link me the corroborated story of the victims like they just did for Platner? I dont want Trump quotes, I want corroborated quotes from victims.

And before you scream and yell more about Trump, Ive never voted for the man. But I always see stuff like this and when I ask for actual proof, people tend to not be able to provide it.

Begs the questions;
-did you vote for HRC in 2016?
-did you vote for Biden in 2020?
-did you vote for Kamala in 2024?

I doubt you answer.....
If you do, I won't offer any commentary. Just wanting you on the record, Mr. FenceRider.

No to all three. Trump wasn't (and still isn't) good enough to get my vote

"The helipad will have the presidential seal carved in granite, Trump said. He estimated the cost at $5 million to $6 million and said Sikorsky is paying for it. Lockheed Martin, which owns Sikorsky, confirmed the contribution range shared by Trump."

this isn't true. If you read the report the paper points to zoning rules and permit delays, not immigration. Investor home buying stayed flat at 3-4% with no Biden-era jump.

LOLOLOL

Impeccable gaslighting. "...the small things..." LOLOL

Small things, like what?

Lying his ass off about tax dollars not paying hundreds of millions for ballrooms, Qatari Air Force One reno's, granite helipads, gold-adorned trashy decorations, and basically everything else he says the public won't pay for, that the public ends up paying for?

Yeah that chronic lying and money-wasting is super annoying and totally on-brand, but I'm pretty sure it's the "unnecessary wars/illegal and harmful tariffs/poor economic performance and competency/democratic and election norm-violations/raping/pedophile-covering/fake DOGE-ing/corruption and self-dealing/masked mall cops shooting people in the face/attacks on citizens, journalists, and the Supreme Court, etc. that "really aggravates people."

The mystery isn't whether Trump is a historically bad President and seriously flawed and unethical human being, it's the 30% of Americans that continue running cover for this litany of misbehavior and illegality.

I've put three of them in at hospitals. And whatever Trump has said the cost would be, double it because that's been the norm.
