1) Avent has done wonders and deserves a lot of thanks for what he has done.
2) It's time for a new direction

Although I don't follow baseball, EA moving on would be a big change. For so long he has been the face of NC State baseball.

It's probably time, however Avent did more with less then he's given credit for sometimes
